ferrule vs. washer

ferrule fitting은 유압 또는 공압 시스템의 튜브를 연결하고 밀봉하여, 강력한 누출 방지 연결을 목적으로하며 고압, 진동 및 온도 변화가 있는 응용 분야에 매우 중요하다.

- 손잡이 또는 튜브의 끝을 보강하거나 고정하는 데 사용되는 금속 또는 플라스틱 링 - 지팡이나 우산의 끝을 보호하는 데 사용되는 작은 금속 캡 - 두 개의 배관 또는 튜브를 함께 연결하는 데 사용되는 금속 슬리브	- 압력을 분산시키거나 두 표면 사이의 누출을 방지하는 데 사용되는 금속, 고무 또는 플라스틱으로 만들어진 평평하고 얇은 링 - 너트 또는 볼트를 제자리에 고정하는 데 사용되는 작은 디스크 모양의 조각

 

 

ferrule과 washer의 공통점

• 둘 다 작은 원형 물체이다.
• 둘 다 금속 또는 플라스틱으로 만들 수 있다.
• 둘 다 다른 물체를 보강하거나 고정하는 데 사용된다.
• 둘 다 일반적으로 건설 또는 수리 프로젝트에 사용된다.

 

 

ferrule과 washer의 차이점

• Function : Ferrules 는 핸들 또는 튜브의 끝을 보강하거나 고정하는 데 사용되는 반면 washers 는 압력을 분산시키거나 두 표면 사이의 누출을 방지하는 데 사용된다.
• Shape : Ferrules 는 일반적으로 원통형 또는 원뿔형이며 washers 는 평평하고 디스크 모양이다.
• Size : Ferrules 는 일반적으로 washers보다 크다.
• Usage : Ferrules 는 일반적으로 배관 또는 튜브 연결에 사용되는 반면 washers 는 배관 또는 기계 응용 분야에 자주 사용된다.
• Variety : Washers 는 ferrules보다 다양한 재료와 크기로 제공된다.

 

 

ferrule fitting

pipe ferrule은 다양한 재료를 사용하여 제조되는 pipe fitting 유형 중 하나로서, 이러한 ferrule은 기본적으로 다양한 파이프 섹션을 결합하거나 바인딩하는 데 널리 사용된다. 

pipe ferrule에는 서로 연결하고 와이어, 섬유 또는 포스트를 결합하는 원형 클램프가 포함되어 있다.

Types of pipe ferrule

ferrule fitting에는 몸체와 너트라는 두 부분이 있으며 서로 연결되어 완벽한 조인트를 만든다. 이 피팅에는 single ferrule과 double ferrule의 두 가지 유형이 있다.

• single ferrule (단일 페럴):

single ferrule fittings에서 페럴의 nose는 두 가지 목적을 수행하는 데 사용된다. 

하나는 튜브에 물려서 잡아주는 것이고, 두 번째는 커플링 본체에 실링부를 마련하는 것이다. 

단일 페럴 피팅은 트윈 페럴 피팅에 비해 압력 등급이 상대적으로 낮다.

더블 페럴 피팅에 비해 부품이 하나 적고, 일반적으로 부정확하게 설치되기 어렵다. 장점에도 불구하고 double ferrule fittings은 일반적으로 single ferrule fittings보다 선호되는 옵션이다.

• double ferrule (이중 페룰):

 twin 또는 double ferrule fittings에는 전면 페럴과 후면 페럴이 있다. 이러한 페럴 피팅은 후면 페럴을 잡고 전면 페럴을 밀봉한다. 이중 페럴은 two-ferrule이라고도 하며 다양한 재질로 제공된다. 이 유형의 페럴 피팅의 크기는 단일 페럴 피팅과 동일하다. 이중 페룰 피팅은 견고한 기계식 그립 설계로 인해 완벽한 연결을 제공한다. 이 이중 페룰 피팅은 다양한 폭과 다양한 경도 수준의 tubing 목적으로 활용될 수 있다.
